- Plus Applicable Taxes (Parts – if needed – are extra) Minimum labour or Estimate charges of $50 apply.
- Our estimate charge will be absorbed into the cost of the repair if the customer uses our services to provide a solution.
- If you are outside of our 40 km service range, the estimate charge is $45 and Estimates/Repairs billed with 1-Way Travel Charge.
- If you require web-design work, Teks2Go is well connected and will sub-contract those services to our design masters.
- Due to the varying degrees of technical failures, it may be necessary to remove defective equipment from the customer's premises. Be sure to enquire about equipment rentals and/or used equipment sales.
- Please note, that unless you purchase from us, or can provide original legal copies of operating systems and/or applications, software installs are not possible and minimum service charges will be charged. We do not promote software piracy.
