Teks2Go was developed with the customer’s needs in mind. We know how difficult it can be disconnecting your pc, driving half-way across town just to get your equipment looked at by a qualified technician..so we thought, “Hey, why not send the technician to the client?”
Before opening for business, we surveyed many companies, both here in Durham Region and the G.T.A. We found that most shops charge a premium to have their technician go on-site, sometimes as high as 50% more then their own carry-in rates.
We found that to be a little disturbing and a deterrent to the customer as it made PC ownership less economical and virtually eliminated the “choice” of service by creating only one solution, “carry-in”.
So we decided to give PC owners the alternative choice-ON-SITE SUPPORT! We know you are educated consumers, that you WILL shop around for a good service rate, but we are confident that you will see our ON-SITE rates are LOWER then most of our competitor’s carry-in rates!!
